My management team benefited greatly from the lessons learned in the Orange Program. We were already conducting recognition activities within work teams, but the concepts developed by the Orange Program enabled us to go even further. It was also a great opportunity to improve team cohesion among the managers in my department.

I’ve found that by actively practicing recognition, the benefits quickly become apparent. Now it’s fully integrated into our daily action plan, without having to force it.

The challenges of the course were an excellent way of getting managers out of their comfort zones. Physical tools like the challenge cards remain useful to refresh memories and keep progressing, even after the program is over.

The Orange Program was an enriching experience, both professionally and personally. The recognition challenges were particularly interesting and helped me gain a better understanding of myself and discover new ways of interacting with my colleagues.

This training pushed me to think about the importance of recognition. I now take the time to get to know each member of my team individually and acknowledge their work even in the busiest times.

Before the course, I was already regularly recognizing my team members. The videos and tools offered helped me improve my ability to recognize them effectively, to have a greater positive impact with them.

Our entire management team, from executives to first-level supervisors, took part in the Orange Program. We all LOVED it!  The 12-week course, with a range of challenges to complete and the various discussions and tools helped us all completing our journey.

This is so much more useful than a quick and simple training course, because it is top of mind for three full months, which makes it easier to retain good habits moving forward. I recommend it without hesitation.
